The faculty members of New Harvest Bible College are Spirit-filled leaders, teachers, and ministers who combine biblical knowledge with real-world ministry experience. Their mission is to guide students beyond the classroom into deeper revelation, practical ministry, and Spirit-empowered living. Each instructor serves not just as a teacher, but as a mentor, modeling the heart and character of Christ.
Dr. Lisa Camacho Professor of Spiritual Development and Spanish Bible Classes
Dr. Lisa Ivette Camacho lives in Winter Park, Florida. She has dedictated her life to serving God, community and family. She obtained her BA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Then, pursued her Master's Degree in Social Work. She has been devoted to medical social work, specialized in Hospice Care. It has been 25 years of helping patients and their families facing the end of life. While working in the field of social work and assisting her church as Director of Christian Education, she received the call to attend Asbury Theological Seminary. In 2017, she graduated with her Master Divinity. Recently, she obtained her PhD in Organizational Leadership from National University. She remains committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through her gifts and prayers all to further develop Christian leaders around the world. Her heart is focused on transforming the lives of others through the teaching, and fervent study of God's Word.

Dr. Regis A. Fontenot
Charismatic and inspirational, he is an idealist who strives to lead with excellence. He strives empower, encourage, educate, and edify the people of God through the challenges and triumphs of life. A native of Houston, Texas, Dr. Fontenot enjoys studying the Word of God, spending quality time with family, and uplifting his community through meaningful, lasting impact.
Dr. Fontenot firmly believes that every individual in Christ is created "On Purpose, For a Purpose"
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Biblical Studies, a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling, and a Doctorate in Christian Education from Saint Thomas University and
Seminary.
Colleagues and church members often describe him as “a caring leader with strong administrative skills” and “a skilled preacher and teacher who diligently studies the Bible.”
Always striving to make a difference in the lives of others,
Dr. Fontenot believes that personal growth begins with self-improvement: “If you want to be better, you must do better.”

Dr. Clayton R. Hall Jr., Doctor of Philosophy in Theology (Ph. D.), Doctor of Christian Counseling (D. Th.)
Prof. of Theology & Christian Counseling
Dr. Hall was born in Sanford, Florida, in 1966, grew up in Pontotoc, MS and Portland, OR where he graduated from Benson Polytechnic H.S.
He attended Bible college at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, where he earned a B.A. in Biblical Literature in 1989 & a B.A. in Organizational Management in 1998.
Later in life he wen back to school at Great Commission Bible College where he earned a Bachelor of Theology in 2013, a Master of Ministry Degree Magna Cum Laude 2015. ana Doctor of Christian Counseling (D. Th.) Summa Cum Laude 2017.
In 2025 he was accepted into a PhD in Theology program at Victorioous Christian Bible University. And In Janury 2026 he began studies at Great Commission Bible College for a Doctorate in Pastoral Ministries. Dr. Hall's Dissertation for the PhD in Theology was approved on May 8, 2026 and he was granted a PhD in Theology by Victorious Christian Bible University (Summa Cum Laude). On May 11, 2026 he received his dissertation in Pastoral Ministry Back from Great Commission Bible College. He Receeived a 100% score and has earned a Doctore of Ministry in Pastoral Ministry (Summa Cum Laude).
For his next academic endeavor, He has been accepted into the PhD in Christian Psychology program at VCBU.






Dr. Allison Parkman
Professor of
Old Testament Studies
Allison Dee Parkman , MD., MDiv., was born in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Chicago with her BA in African-American Studies. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio (now the College of Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Toledo). She completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Baton Rouge General and completed her Urgent Care Fellowship training at the University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a board certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience.
Dr. Parkman accepted Jesus Christ as her savior, was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit at First Apostolic Faith Church in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Parkman has been teaching the Bible for over 20 years. Her desire to help young people gain a better understanding and love for the Word of God, motivated her to start writing her own curiculum. In an effort to continue her education and become a more effective teacher she completed her MDiv from Liberty University in 2018.
Although Dr. Parkman started out teaching middle school students, she has taught students of all ages and levels from pre-k to the adult classes. She has served as Superintendent of Christian Education at her previous ministry. In addition to teaching, she published her first book, Genesis; In The Beginning, in 2022. She also enjoys reading, jogging and cheering for the Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers. Dr. Parkman currently resides in Zachary, LA.

Prof. James Smith M.Th.
Professor of Bible & Theology
Professor Smith has served faithfully in bi-vocational pastoral ministry for over a decade, bringing a deep commitment to spiritual leadership, discipleship, and biblical teaching. Teaching has always been the central passion of his ministry. He discovered both his calling and gifting for teaching while studying at Elim Bible College in Lima, New York, where he pursued Biblical Studies with a focus on missions.
During his junior year, he completed a six-week internship with the New York School for Urban Ministry, gaining hands-on experience in urban outreach and contextual ministry. One of his most meaningful ministry memories was teaching the pre-meal service at The Bowery Mission in New York City, where he shared the Word of God with individuals experiencing homelessness, offering both spiritual encouragement and practical hope.
In 2019, he returned to formal theological education to pursue graduate studies. In December of 2024, he completed his Master of Arts in Historical and Theological Studies. During this time, he served as Senior Pastor in northwest Ohio, where he continued to grow in the ministry of teaching, preaching, and pastoral leadership.
In 2025, Rev. Smith continued his academic journey by beginning his PhD in Practical Theology at Liberty University. He is currently completing his first year of the program and looks forward to further developing his scholarship and teaching ministry.

Professor Kimberly Stubbs

Professor Stubbs, was born in Massachusetts, and is married to Pastor Dion Stubbs. “Kim,” as she is affectionately called graduated from Brookline High School, Brookline, MA..
Professor Stubbs was a member of the historical Concord Baptist Church, Boston, MA (South End, now in Milton, MA) and served as Young Adult Ministry President, Church Clerk and Graphic Designer under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Conley Hughes, Jr.
She also served as a National Eastern Regional Officer of the Young Adults Women Department of (PNBC Progressive National Baptist Convention).
In her young adult years, she joined the ministry outreach work of RDEC Churches, RI under the leadership of Bishop Jenniefer J. Hightower serving as Executive Administrator. In August 2007, she was ordained by Her Grace, Bishop Jenniefer J. Hightower, and the governing Body of Bishops of the Faithful Fellowship of Churches, Inc., Boston, MA.
Professor Stubbs graduated from the Massachusetts Bible College & Seminary, Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, summa cum laude. Keys of The Kingdom Bible Institute, with concentrated studies in Deliverance Ministry and The Clergy Training Institute, RI, concentrated studies in Hebrew & Greek. Currently, Rev. Stubbs is seeking a Doctorate degree in Pastoral Counseling & Apologetics.
She is the Founder and Pastor of Power Books Ministry, alongside her husband.
Professionally, Rev. Stubbs is a professionally licensed insurance producer in (7) states, a certified Financial Literacy Coach, Freelance Graphic Designer and retired from the Boston Globe/New York Times.

Prof. Eric Waweru, M.A. B.C, M. Th.
Professor of Christian Counseling
Born and raised in Kenya, outside of Mombasa city. He had a great example of the faith in my grandparents, whom the Lord used to shape my own faith. By God’s grace alone, he was saved by faith in Christ in 2009. Jesus opened his eyes to the truth that he could come to him and He would give him rest from being weighed down by sin. God lifted his load of guilt from his sinful life. He is married to Clemence Kitawa and the Lord has blessed them with 5 children.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2017) from Egerton University, a Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling (2023), and a Masters of Theology in Biblical Studies (2025) from Central Baptist Theological Seminary.
He has 8 yrs in various ministries in baptist churches in Nairobi, Kenya. He is a licensed minister of the gospel, and currently serves as a Dean of Students in a local medical college.
He is excited to be part of New Harvest Bible College to teach practical theology and Christian Counseling.

Professor Nicolah Lee
B.A. Sociology
She comes from a non-denominational background. She is an anointed Spirit-Filled leader who believes in and operates in the power of the Holy Ghost! Her goal is to destroy the works of the devil and to wreak havoc upon the kingdom of darkness wherever she goes. She has a proven ministry where God continually uses her to set at liberty those who are captive. And in the name of Jesus, to break the chains of those who are bound by Satan. She is the founder of Sisters With Power. SWP is all about adding God to everything. To plant seeds in people. To minister to communities, churches, homes, the broken, and the underdogs!
